Deep Clean: Mini Cooper Electric
The latest Deep Clean carried out by BH Automotive Detailing featured a British Racing Green Mini Cooper Electric – a striking car with classic colour and modern engineering. The owner maintains the vehicle well, but daily use with a dog had left ingrained dirt and hair in areas that regular cleaning couldn’t reach.
Before its return to the lease company, the goal was simple: to bring the Mini back to an as-new standard – inside and out. Using specialist extraction equipment and steam cleaning methods, every fabric surface was thoroughly decontaminated. Air tools dislodged dirt from seams and vents, while controlled steam and targeted vacuuming ensured complete removal of dog hair and odour without risking the delicate materials.
The exterior received equal attention. After a full pre-wash and contact-safe clean, minor stone chips and door edges were carefully touched in, restoring the uniform appearance of the British Racing Green paintwork. Once fully dried and inspected, the finish was refined with a high-quality sealant to provide gloss and protection for handover.
The result was a car that looked, felt, and even smelled like day one – ready to be returned to the lease company in pristine condition, with a finish that reflected both the owner’s care and the standards of BH Automotive Detailing.
